JORGE GUILLEN

Jorge Guillen was born in Valladolid on 18th January 1893 and he died

  in Málaga on 6th february 1984. He was a spanish poet and he belonged

    to the Generation of 27. He studied philosophy and letters in Madrid and

    Granada . In 1917 he followed  Pedro Salinas . Between 1929 and 1931 he 

worked in Oxford like a reader . Exilea in the United KIngdom ( 1938)

he worked like a teacher in Wellesley College.
